Shawarma is an eastern dish it looks like a roll wrapped sandwich, which has gained popularity all around the world. It is also known as Arabian dish. Shawarma is a mishmash of pita and taboon bread, delicious grilled (chicken, beef and lamb) pieces with a salad, sauce and pickle.
Instructions for making a shawarma sauce:
Ingredients:
1. 2 tablespoon salt
2. 3/4 cup olive oil
3. 1 cup lemon juice
4. 7-8 cloves garlic
5. 1 cup sun flower oil
6. Cumin seeds.
Method:
Mix all things and blend it in a food processor and blend it until the sauce is thickened. You can use it for serving and by putting it in shawarma roll also.
